Final Post

  Hi,everyone! Today, I will write about my Education Technologies class experiences.

I would like to start by saying that I never thought this lesson would be that much entertaining and instructive. After learning and experiencing Education Technologies, my knowledge about technology use in class has improved so much. For example, in class, we discussed so much about technology and learned so many tools and web sites. We tried to figure out how to make the tools work. We struggle from time to time but our teacher was always there to help. In the times that we were not in class, me and my friends collaborated and teached each other. This collaboration is one of the things that Education Technology class has gained me. 

As for the tools I learned in class, they were all fun to use. I learned how to create my own blog and personalize it. I learned and used wiki, me and my friend Can wrote a movie review together. Even though I did not like wiki, writing a movie review with my friend was so fun. I also used Padlet which I used once when I was in high school. Then I made a podcast and it was one of the things that I wanted to learn before. As a final task, me and my friends created an animation movie. We used Animaker. It was so enjoyable to create our own characters and make a movie with them in it. I think this task was my favorite.

The content and the tools were interesting. But in my opinion, tool options can be improved. For example, it can be used another tool rather than wiki. Even though it was easy and practical to use, wiki is so old-fashioned for my generation. 

In conclusion, I have experienced a nice and beneficial class. I have learned so much about technology use in ELT classes. Surely, when I become an English teacher, I will use these tools and more of them in my classes.

Digital Storytelling

 Hi,everyone! Today, I will talk about my digital storytelling experience. Digital storytelling is basically combining videos,photos,voicess with storytelling.And our task was to create a digital storytelling. There were a few options to choose. Me and my friends Can and Nisa decided to make an animation movie. We thought it would be more entertaining for us and it absolutely was. First,we discussed about the story. We shared our ideas about what to do. Then we decided to make an animation about 3 friends who invented a time machine and time-traveled to change the world's future. After deciding the story, we started to search for a tool. At first, we couldn't find an appropriate tool because they were all either so complicated or so basic.
