21st Century

 The era we are living is simply called '' 21st Century''. However, it is more than that. 21st century is the age of technology, medicine and communication. In this century, especially in the field of technology, everything  developes faster than ever. Thus, everyone should know how to use technology in order to keep up with the current century.

When we consider the importance of technology in our century, we can see the high amount of its usage in different fields. English Language classrooms are one of these fields.

The methods and techniques used in language education have become more diverse with the development of technology in the global world. For example, English Language education, which used to be based on memorization and practice, has left its place to live conversations between countries. The reason for this is, of course, the great and positive effect of rising usage of technology in English Language classes.

We should be able to use this technology, which is the gift of this age, in the most useful and practical way. As members of 21st Century and  teacher candidates, it is our duty to follow the innovations of our age and use them in the most correct way in our English Language classrooms.
